He is survived by: his wife Helene Jacobs; his daughter Rachel; his stepson Scott Stillman; his daughters, Lisa, Marcy, Jan and Kara; his former wife Jackie; his grandchildren, Diana, Jaclyn, Joseph, Reina and Luke; his brother Malcom Jacobs; his cousin Brian Chase; his pet Gypsy; and his parent Raynham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, friends.
Due to the COVID Pandemic, a private ceremony will be held at the cemetery for family only.
