He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth M. Goscinak (Reid); and his brother Ronald Goscinak. He is survived by: his son Timothy Goscinak (AnnMarie Jaworski); his siblings, Ralph Goscinak (Polly) of Plymouth, Patricia Goscinak Garnett of Marshfield and Robert Goscinak; his grandchildren, Kara Cobbett (Timothy), Nicole Goscinak (Lawrence Mackin, Jr.), Kristin Royer, Ashlee Cobbett, Hailey Cobbett, Everleigh Cobbett and Jacob Cobbett; and his daughter-in-law Karen Carvealle of Randolph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
