He was predeceased by: his sisters, Louise Packard and Mabel Granzow. He is survived by: his children, Ralph Jr. (Colleen), James (Melanie) and Cynthia Cascio (Tony); his grandchildren, Evan Frye, Sarah Frye, Jill Vinocour (Josh), Lois Wentland (Kyle), Ashton Killilea (Elise), Kylie Killilea and Blair Killilea; and his siblings, David Frye (Kay) and Eileen Burkhart (Wally). He is also survived by many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospitals.
