He is survived by: his significant other Karen Bates (McHarrie); his child Persephone Alves (David) of Swansea, MA.; and his brother-in-law Jack McHarrie (Janet). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many close friends.
