He is survived by: his wife Nellie Mascarenhas Costa of Randolph, MA.; his children, Madalena Manza of Peabody, MA, Angela Maria Costa of Randolph, MA, John Costa of Randolph, MA and Denise Ezekiel (Paul Ezekiel) of Holbrook, MA.; his sisters, Elsie Goncalves of Sacramento, CA, Matilde Ribeiro of Portugal and Maria Alice Bala of Providence, R. I; his grandchildren, Mandy Bresnahan (James Bresnahan) of Ayer, MA, Tiffany Marie Enos of Newton, MA, Ashley Costa of Easton, MA, Yasmine Costa of Brockton, MA, Abigail Costa, Hendrick, Erika Costa of Providence, R. I. and Damion Costa (Jasmine) of Morrow; and his great grandchildren, Teaghan, Callan Bresnahan of Ayer, MA, Damion Jr. and Adriana Costa of Morrow, GA..
