She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred J. Perkins and Anastatia M. Perkins (Hubbard); her husband Robert J. Burns; her daughter Elizabeth A. LaFavre; and her brothers, Alfred J. Perkins, Jr. and John Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Lauren E. Richmond (Craig) of Pembroke, Jeanne T. Fitzpatrick (Richard) of Cohasset, Deborah J. LaFavre (Joseph Forte) of Foxboro, Robert W. LaFavre of Randolph and Dianne D. LaFavre of Somerville; her stepdaughter Anne C. Tate of Virginia; her grandsons, Jeffrey A. Richmond and Matthew J. Fitzpatrick; and her brother William F. Perkins (Barbara) of Bridgewater. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
