She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fujczak and Stella Fujczak (Bialy) of Holyoke; and her parents-in-law, Herbert and Agnes Chapman (McKinnon) of Avon. She is survived by: her husband Paul Chapman of Avon; her son Benjamin Chapman (Toni); her grandchildren, Logan and Hunter of Avon; her daughter Rebecca Moore (Erik); her grandchild Addison; her brothers, Sam Hughes of Foxboro, Walter Fujczak of Santa Clara, CA and Robert Fujczak of Albany, NY; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Chapman of Mashpee and Alan Chapman (Cindy) of Cabot, AR.; her children, Ben, Becki and Liz; and her grandson Jacob.
