He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Perez and Valeria Lewis; and his siblings, Phillipa, Christine, Linda and Joseph.

He is survived by: his spouse Dulcie Lewis (Garib); his children, Janet Yarde, Marcia Lewis-Aerts, Jean Pierre of Belgium, John Lewis of Randolph and Vanessa Plummer (Lewis) of Randolph; and his grandchildren, Larissa, Jessica, Sean and Arianna. He is also survived by his 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
