He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Iceline B. Allen; and his nephew Walter Xavier Woods III. He is survived by: his wife Jacqulyn D. Allen; his daughters, Alisha Allen and Ashley Allen; and his sister Sherron Allen Woods (Walter).
