With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Ridge of Randolph, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Ridge of South Boston and Madolin Ridge (McCarthy) of Somerville; his brothers, Paul E. Ridge of Franklin and John F. Ridge, Jr. of Sacramento, CA; his brother-in-law Robert Carey of Brookline; and also Thomas "Tommy" Ridge.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Carol Ridge-Martinez of Brighton, John "Jack" Ridge of Randolph, Joanne Flatley (Thomas) of Westwood and Laurie; his grandchildren, Daniel Martinez (Austin Felton) of Brighton, Lauren Flatley of Medford, Kimberly Flatley of Arlington, VA, Sean Martinez of Brighton, Daniel Ridge (Michelle Inglis) of Quincy, Kanha Landry, Lee Landry of Glastonbury, CT, Brendan Flatley of Westwood and Christina Ridge of Lowell; his siblings-in-law, Gerard Carey (Ellie), Joanne Carey (Bryan) of Brookline and Beverly Ridge of Sacramento, CA; his daughters-in-law, Jennifer Smalls Ridge of Cambridge and Florence McKenna of Weymouth; and also Patricia "Patsy" Carey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
