He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smith; his daughters, Teresa (Brian Hurlbut) and Erin (Mark Goldberg); his grandchildren, Cathleen, Alanna, Melanie, Shane, Carly, Audrey and Malia; and his cousins, Linda Cudzewicz and Cindy Keller. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
