He is survived by: his wife Priscilla "Pat" Wise-LeBlanc (Rose); his children, Ryan LeBlanc of Fitchburg, Shelise LeBlanc of Weymouth and Kendra LeBlanc; his stepsons, Frank Wise of Braintree and Steve Wise of Pembroke; and his siblings, Claude LeBlanc and Simone Keene (Richard) of Canada.
