He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Choi Ha Lee Ng; his children, Jean Soo Hoo (Grover Soo Hoo), Maria Ng, Victor Ng and Lily Ng (Kent Yee); his grandchildren, Jason Soo Hoo, Derek Soo Hoo, Joshua Yee, Jacob Yee and Jocelyn Yee; his great grandchildren, Jackson Soo Hoo and Katon Soo Hoo; and his siblings, Dit Sun Lam (Yuk Jor Lam) and Peter Ng (Debbie).
