He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dermot, Josephine Holmes, Georgea T. Griffin, Arthur and Harriet Pugsley.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Holmes and Andrea Holmes; his siblings, Katherine Kelley (Danny), John Pugsley (Jake) of Quincy, MA and Shane Holmes (Finn Craven) of Randolph, MA; his aunts and uncles, Helen (Kenneth Shruhan), Laura Holmes of Bellingham, MA, John (Mary Holmes), Brian (Michelle Holmes), Kellie (Bob Camelio) and Carol Holahan of Mashpee, MA.; and his friend Green Line. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home - South (809 Main St, Weymouth, MA 02190). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace (Sacred Heart Church) (72 Washington St, Weymouth, MA 02188). Rory worked at CVS during COVID which, in itself, was a challenge working with the public during such a stressful time in the world.
