Richard M. Phillips Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard M. Phillips of Quincy, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary L. Phillips; his daughter Nancy Elizabeth; and his siblings, Claire Powers, Edward "Teddy" and Donald Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Phillips; his daughters, Mary Jackson (Jimmy) and Kathleen Phillips; his grandchildren, Kevin Jackson (Sarah), Kyle Jackson (Janine), Megan and Rylee Phillips; his great grandchild Sydney Jackson; and his siblings, Kenneth Phillips and Susan Fine. He is also survived by two future great grandchildren.
