He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Cutter; and his brother Terrence Cullen. He is survived by: his children, Paige Tierney and Jerome Cullen; his mother Dele "Chounks" James of Brooklyn; his siblings, Mary Fallon (Dan), Kevin Cutter of Chino, CA and James Cutter (Renee); and his cousins, Kerry Colemen (Elvis Jimenez) of Lowell, MA and Brian Coleman of Royersford, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the Gavin House, through the Gavin Foundation in Patrick's name.
