It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Steele of Quincy, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. and Mary C. Steele (Lydon); his brother Robert F. Steele (Debra Steele) of Braintree; and his nephew Rob Steele. He is survived by: his son Patrick Yanovitch (Amanda) of Tewksbury; his siblings, Kathleen M. Smolinski (John) of Mansfield, Maryann Steele (late Skip Hall) of Merrimac, Carol A. Ledoux (Joseph) of Gorham and Daniel W. Steele (Sharon) of Rockland; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Daniel, Emily, Michael, Lexee, Shawna, Christopher and Bailey.
