She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Mangan and Mary Mangan (Foley); her husband Joseph H. Mulligan; and her daughter Helen A. Mulligan. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Penta (Charles) of Jupiter, Fla., Joseph E. Mulligan (Linda) of Braintree, Patricia Mulligan Flaherty (Brian) of Norwell, Kevin Mulligan (Bonnie) of Quincy and Anne Mulligan Mahoney (Kevin) of Quincy. She is also survived by seven siblings and is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
