She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. O'Neill and Margaret M. O'Neill (Regan); and her brothers, William, Richard and Joseph O'Neill.
She is survived by: her sister Barbara A. Logan of Quincy; and her friend Leah Shea. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
