She is survived by: her mother Laura Le Page (Tavares) of Ayer; her daughter Nicole Hoffman (Jay) of Townsend; her grandchildren, Amelia, Jacob and Benjamin Hoffman; her sister Lori LePage-Landry (Wayne) of Ayer; and her brother-in-law Timothy Mentzer.
She enjoyed the beach, reading Science Fiction novels, and donating her time to various charity functions.
