He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Franco and Eleanor Franco (DiPanfilo); and his sister Kathleen A. Franco. He is survived by: his sister Linda A. Cully of Whitman; and his cousins, Donna O'Neill (Kevin) of Quincy and Gail DelCore-Santacroce of Plymouth.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home - Quincy (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Joseph's Church (550 Washington St, Quincy, MA 02169). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Mt. Wollaston Cemetery (20 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169).
