He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartley Sullivan and Agnes Sullivan (Flaherty); his brothers, John "Sean" Sullivan, Robert Sullivan and Michael Sullivan; and his wife Lois S. Forkin (Francario).
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Leach of Braintree and Bart Sullivan of Dedham; his sister-in-law Donna MacLellan of Braintree; his stepdaughters, Stephanie A. Paschal (Walter) of Holden, MA and Jennifer L. Murphy; his son-in-law Joseph (Rachel A. Pierce) of Middleboro, MA; and his friend Robert of South Boston. He is also survived by his grandkids, great grandkids, many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
