Joseph Norton Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Norton Sr. of Abington, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Norton (Morse) and Frank Norton; and also, Mary Louise Barton, John Norton and Arthur Norton.
He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Norton, Jr. (Jill) of Braintree and Jennifer M. Phillips (Sean) of Braintree; his grandchildren, Joshua Norton, Jaxson Norton, Shane Phillips and Seana Phillips; his siblings, Richard Norton (Patricia) of Rockland, Carol Sullivan (Ronald) of Marlboro, Elizabeth Herendeen (Paul) of Fla, William Norton of Weymouth and Marguerite Hearn (James) of Hanson; and also Gail E. Priscella of Braintree. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairmount Cemetery (168 Cedar St, Weymouth, MA 02189).
