She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Hanagan (Shanley) and James Edward Hanagan; her husband Joseph R. Carty; her daughter Bonnie Carty; and her siblings, Jimmy and Jackie Hanagan.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Carty of Brewster, Lynne M. Lacorazza of Lakeville, Lori Mann of Dracut, John Carty of Dedham, Mary Bryant of Weymouth, Michael Carty and Paul Carty of Quincy; and her sisters, Mary Quish of Jamaica Plain and Connie Stinson of Farmington, ME. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Ann Parish (757 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170).
