He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. McLaughlin of Jimmy's Tire and Loretta McLaughlin (Peters); and his sister Debra Olsen. He is survived by: his stepparent Jean McLaughlin (Urquhart); his son James J. McLaughlin (Ashley) of Rensselaer, N. Y.; his granddaughter Ada; his siblings, Sharon Richmond of Jupiter, Fla., John MacDonald of Marshfield, Kristen MacDonald of Fla and Douglas MacDonald of Quincy; and also Ann-Marie Saia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
