He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Leo and Eileen Rose Bouzan (O'Sullivan); and his siblings, Janice Meehan and John "Jack" Bouzan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Bouzan (Lewis); his children, Deborah Harris (Steven), Carolina, Edward M. Bouzan of Quincy and Richard J. Bouzan (Barbara) of Abington; his sisters, Linda Varitimos (Manny Tavares) of Halifax and Kathryn Zenahlik; and his grandchildren, Theresa, Timothy, Nicole and Michael. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
