He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Jones, Charles Croxen and Linda Croxen (Valentine); his sister Monique Brown; and his uncle Earnest Jones.
He is survived by: his parents, Lori Valentine of Roxbury and Deron Jones Sr. of Roxbury; his grandmother Beatrice Jones; his siblings, Deron Jones Jr. (Samantha Sheehan), Amber Jones, Lakeisha Jones, Shaunaya Jones, Bianca Jones, DeEryn Jones, Julian Oniel and Tayla Bigby-Jones; his nieces and nephews, Isabella Sheehan, Daniel Sheehan, Mia Jones, Jeremiah Monteiro, Aniyah Wilmont, Amari Tia, Olani Ouk, Julius Oniel and Michael Oniel; and his aunts and uncles, Darlene Desmond, Michael Gregg, Charlotte Croxen, Gregory Jones, Donna Bolden and Channa Izzo. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Common Market Restaurants (97 Willard St, Quincy, MA 02169).
