He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Winter and William Winter Jr.; and his brothers, Terrance and Stephen Winter. He is survived by: his close friend Paula Mullen of Quincy; his sister Marilyn Pope; his brother-in-law John Pope III of Whitman; his sister Diane Cosimeno of Rome, NY; his nephew Andrew Pope of Weymouth; his nieces, Christine Dahlstrom of Hanover and Keri Talbot of East Falmouth; and also Kelly Mullen of Weymouth. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
