He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Chiachio and Julia Chiachio; his son Daniel Chiachio; and his brother Richard Chiachio. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Chiachio (Reynolds); his sons, Andrew P. Chiachio (Marissa) of Abington and Timothy J. Chiachio (Jessica) of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Drew of Bridgewater, Abigail of Bridgewater and Jack Chiachio of Bridgewater; his siblings, Roberta Benedict (Peter) of Wareham and Peter Chiachio (Juanita) of New Hampshire; his mother-in-law Phyllis Reynolds (Williams); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Reynolds and John Reynolds. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
