He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen G. Harding and Charles E. Harding. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles "Chip" E. Harding (Polly), Steven M. Harding and MaryEllen Harding; his nieces, Kristin E. Harding, Courtney A, Hazzard and Lauren C. Harding; and his great-nephew Logan D. Mahoney.

He answered my questions patiently and assisted me when I needed help. Chris made us laugh with his sassy quips and funny responses. He bought us lunch sometimes and always had a joke handy. He would assist if I had a tricky return or something I didn’t understand. I will miss his humor, kindness and presence. 🙏 Vandana”
