He was predeceased by: his mother Anne B. (Deady); and his brothers, Mark J. Buchanan and Scott S. Buchanan. He is survived by: his siblings, Lauri A. Folkins (Peter) of Quincy and Leah M. Scheffler (Randy) of Foxboro; his nieces and nephews, Madison, Myles, Isabelle Buchanan, Kyle, Kayla Scheffler and Brittany Folkins Lucreziano; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tessa, Sadie Buchanan, Myles, Jr., Francesca Buchanan and Zane Bazinet. He is also survived by many cousins and aunts and uncles as well as many friends.
