He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel B. Elfman and Lois Elfman (Brilliandt); and his brother Mark D. Elfman (Lori). He is survived by: his sister Sheri A. Elfman; and his nephew Charles Elfman (Andrea, family: Teresa Elfman, Austin Murrell).
