Guarente of Quincy, Massachusetts, born in Malden, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 10, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth C. and Mary C. Borden (French). She is survived by: her husband Louis E. Guarente; her children, Louis J. Guarente of Quincy, Daniel Guarente (Trisha) of Quincy, Carolyn Guarente of Quincy, Susan Guarente and Matt Werth of Abington; her grandchildren, Daniel, Margaret, Emilia, Anthony, James and Lauren; and her siblings, Robert Borden of Alabama, James Borden of Quincy, Lester Borden of Charlestown, Helen Logan of Quincy, Ruth Borden, Kenneth "Pat" Borden, Mary "Babe" Flaherty, John "Dennis" Borden and Lawrence "Butchie" Borden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
