He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Sandonato and Giovanna Sandonato (Pasqualone); and his daughter Maria P. Sandonato. He is survived by: his wife Iolanda C. "Cristina" Sandonato (Gentile); his daughters, Joanne S. Adams (late Steven) of Braintree and Rita Da Silva (Carlos) of Hingham; his grandchildren, Nicole Hart (Kim) of Quincy, Cristina Adams of Weymouth, Andre Da Silva of Hingham and Edson Da Silva of Hingham; his great grandchildren, Elsa and Steven Hart; and his siblings, Americo "Rico" Sandonato and Arnaldo Sandonato.
