She is survived by: her sister Pauline Costa of Provincetown; and her nieces, Jodi Ann Costa of Provincetown, Melissa Costa of Provincetown, Cheryl Macara of Provincetown and Pam Costa of Felton Delaware. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
