He was predeceased by: his brother Rodney. He is survived by: his parents, Gene Stevens and Sherry Stevens; his siblings, Beckie, Donald (Charlotte), Brian and Eric; and his sister-in-law Donna of Wichita Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many close and loved friends.
