He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Krashes and Jennie Krashes (Goldman); his wife Barbara Krashes (Payne); his children, Stephanie Opalka of Harvard, Lisa Begley (Paul) of North Brookfield and Peter Krashes (Oliver Herring) of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Meg, Lucy, Suzy Opalka, Nick and Ryan Begley; his sister Ruth Jolis; and his son-in-law Zbigniew Opalka. He was also cherished by friends and family.
