With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Chambers of Pocasset, Massachusetts, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Dionne and Claire Dionne (Nadeau); and her brother Paul Dionne. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Chambers of Pocasset; her children, John Swift of Plymouth, Gary Swift of East Wareham and Tiffany Swift of Pocasset; and her siblings, George Dionne of Acushnet, Debra Mulgrew of Wareham, Richard Dionne of Buzzards Bay and Nancy Cella. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
