He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Joan Goodwin Elwell (Briggs); his parents, Irving Elwell and Cora Elwell (Taylor); his children, Debra L. Elwell of Hingham, MA, Sharon G. Fiorot (Anthony B. Fiorot) of Cumberland, RI and Sheila M. Wolfson (David Wolfson) of Holliston, MA.; his grandchildren, Christopher Iannella (Samantha), David Iannella of Frankfurt, Germany, Matthew Wolfson of Holliston, MA, Bradford Wolfson of Holliston, MA, Anthony Fiorot of Cumberland, RI and Andrew Fiorot of Cumberland, RI.; and his siblings, Charles Elwell, Beverly Endsley of Wilmington, MA, Eileen T. Kilduff, James J. Brosnan III, Maureen DeBeaulieu of Warwick, RI and Robert Elwell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
