He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. and Phyllis Keith (Simon); and his former wife Judith Keith (Lepri). He is survived by: his wife Mary Keith (McDonnell Cody); his daughter Patricia Marie Baione (Keith); his husband James P. Baione of New York, NY; his brother Joseph W. Keith of Straham, NH.; and also, Jocelyn Marie of New York, NY and Juliana Rose of New York, NY.
