It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel Hayes of Pocasset, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Hayes (Fuller) of Pocasset; his children, Sharon A. Borderick, Mark D. Hayes and Jacqueline J. Hayes Carmichael of Tyngsborough; his siblings, William Hayes, Barbara Dowd (Eleanor), Peter Hayes (Vincent) and Stephen (Paul Hayes); and his grandchildren, Rhianna Borderick, Tucker Carmichael, Casey Carmichael, Riley Hayes and Maya Hayes.

He played in many golf charity tournaments in Florida and Cape Cod.
