He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis W. Levangie and Evelyn Levangie (Bouldry); and his siblings, Willis "Bill" Levangie Jr. and Susan (Carl "Jake" Karrfalt). He is survived by: his wife Janet Levangie (Locke) of Plympton; his daughters, Jacquelyn Ferreira (Helder) of Swansea and Juliet Fuller of Plympton; his grandchildren, Braelin Fuller and Braoin Fuller; his sisters, Linda (James "Jim" Burke) of Tucson, AZ and Nancy (Wayne Fernald) of Westford, MA.; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Burke of Tucson, AZ, Timothy Burke of Shelby, OH, Heather Fernald of Acton, MA, Nicole Fernald of Framingham, MA, Kimberly Fernald of Holyoke, MA, Alissa Fernald of Charlestown, MA, Jodie Fernald of Lexington, MA, Kyler Goss, Andrew Goss of Franklin, NH, Amanda Lindvall of Sagamore Beach, MA and Ian Lindvall of Halifax, MA. He is also survived by many cousins, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation in memory of Jack to his beloved Gurnet-Saquish Corporation, ATTN: Conservation (P.O. Box 245A, Duxbury, MA 02331) or to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org).
