He is survived by: his children, Erick Phillips, Lucy Phillips and James Phillips; his way better half Wendy Dameron; his parents, Dave Winkley and Diane Phillips; his brothers, Chris Phillips (Renee) and Scott Phillips (Ana); and also Duxbury. He is also survived by his loving step-sisters, brother/sister/mothers in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins.
