He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Hughes and Minnie Wright Hughes. He is survived by: his close friends, Glenn Douglas, Stephen Everett, Carmella, Annette Louise, Richard, Alexia Jean and John; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Douglas, Jeannette and Gregory; his great grandchildren, Owen, Liam and August; his siblings, Doris and Richard; and his spouse Jean Douglas Eberhard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
