Richard left this world on January 23, 2025 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Diego Vella and Dorothy Vella (Quercio). He is survived by: his wife Carol Vella (Doane) of Woman's Hospital; his children, Davis (Shannon Heath) of Nashua and Dawna Vella (Akiva "Gus" Malinosky) of Fall River; and his grandson Blake Davis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cartmell - Davis Funeral Home (373 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (313 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360).
