He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert, David and William Cook; and his parents, Paul H. Cook and Mary Cook (Chaisson).
He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Cook (Andrews); his children, Valerie Chaisson, Paula Holbrook (Steve), Victor Cook, Scott A. Cook (Darcy) of Auburn, MA and Laurie C. Caraher (Paul) of Plymouth, MA.; and his grandchildren, Alex, Neal, Christopher, Lana, Mary, Claire, Patrick, Ryan, Anthony, Tyler, Matthew, Cory, Kyle and Cameron.
