She was predeceased by: her brother Jack Forsythe; and her parents, John Reginald and Marion Forsythe (Comley). She is survived by: her husband Robert Ternullo; her children, Christopher Curtin of Scottsdale, AZ, Amy Curtin (Mike McAuliffe) of Rockland, Robert Ternullo Jr. (Jessica) of Franklin and Kristen O'Neil (Mark) of Beverly; her grandchildren, Christopher, Brad, Finnian, Keira, Jack and Tucker; and her sister Elizabeth Forsythe Baxter (Hudson) of Hyannis. She is also survived by family and friends.
