He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen Lamont (Kelly) and John Allen Lamont; his sibling Francis Anthony Lamont (Karen Trenholm) of Tallahassee, Florida; and his former wife Carol. He is survived by: his sons, Craig Lamont (Rachel) of Framingham and Keith Lamont (Perry) of Vacaville, CA; his grandchildren, Corey, Kayla, Sam Lamont, Cole and Lily DeCoste; his niece Karen Farrington of Tallahassee; his stepchildren, Fred DeCoste of Dedham and Ryan DeCoste (Meaghan) of Raynham; and his wife Joan.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter's Church (86 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Arthur J Magni & Son Funeral Home (365 Watertown St, Newton, MA 02458).
