He was predeceased by: his wife Vera Toney; his parents, Woodrow Toney and Gladys Tanner; and his sisters, Janetta Owens and Carol Lee Horn.
He is survived by: his children, James Toney (Debra), Janetta Boccaci (Toney), Kathleen Cardinale (Raymond) and Kristen Toney; his grandchildren, John, Keith Boccaci, Joshua Toney, Keri Boccaci, Trube, Joseph Toney, Matthew Cardinale and Maria Cardinale; his great grandchildren, Jayden Toney, Corie Boccaci, Macy Boccaci, Isla Toney, Gunner Toney, Levi Toney, Tessa Toney, Harper Toney and Wyatt Toney; and his sister Ernestine Toney Appleby.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to Wounded Warriors in James memory.
