He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher and Lilian C (Marable). He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Hennessey); and his stepson Jason Hennessey (Xindi). He is also survived by 5 brothers- and sisters-in-law and many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to charities Gordon liked, which include DAV (for disabled veterans), Samaritan's Purse, and St Jude Children's Hospital.
